Bud Behari
Marketing has always intrigued me since I was in junior high school. I always knew that it was going to be my major when I went to college. I graduated with my bachelor’s in Marketing and Business Administration. After graduation, I was working for a mortgage company processing home loans. There was a promise of growth but I saw none of it. The workplace mainly consisted of men and women in their 40’s who were going nowhere anytime soon and were unhappy. I decided to leave and take a safer job as crazy as that sounds.
I then started my career at the NEW YORK CITY DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS. I was a decorated Officer and Captain. I received numerous awards and accolades. My hard work and dedication always seem to drive my performance to the top but I was not properly being rewarded for it. Other colleagues who were doing the work that I was doing were being compensated the same for inferior results. This made me furious. I thank my lucky star that I found opportunity. This management training program rekindled the love I’ve always had for Marketing. I love interacting with people on a personal level and our clients provide us with all the necessary tools we need. I enjoy coaching and mentoring others as well. There is no better feeling than seeing how you’ve positively affected someone’s life. The growth one can experience is limited to your dreams. I know the growth is real because I’ve seen it first hand and I myself am a living example. My goal is to offer the same opportunity that was offered to myself and help mentor, coach, and guide others to operate their own vendor location. There is no better feeling than positively affecting someone's life. Limits, just like fear, is often an illusion. "
Alexander Ham Jr.
For those of you who might not know who I am my name is Alexander Ham Jr. I come from a big family where everyone has a huge personality so I knew at a young age that being personable and having charisma would take you a long way. Growing up I was a three-sport athlete I played basketball, football, and baseball. Organized sports taught me a lot about life and shaped me into the man I became today. Team unity, leadership , accountability , adversity, and communication were all pivotal and essential in how I viewed life. I graduated college with a communications degree so I always knew one day I'll end up with a career where communication would be the core of what I do.
In my early 20s there wasn't a job I didn't work, I did everything from a waiting, to being an electrician, to a valet, I even had some experience selling life insurance. Throughout my journey I never took anything for granted I always knew I was destined for great things, so I never settled. Trusted my initiation which ultimately put me in the position that I'm in today. Which is an Account Manager at Silverline Visionary.
I couldn't have imagined in a million years that I would be so intrigued and invested in marketing. I'm sure I was like everyone else when it came to ads, flyers, and commercials. But when I walked through these doors my whole perception changed, I found a career that challenges me and helped me grow so much and in such a short amount of time. I can't imagine doing anything else in life. My next step on this journey I am currently on is to give this opportunity to anyone who just like me is unwilling to settle for less. Bud says it all the time this opportunity is for everyone.
I am a firm believer that hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard. I've heard that saying my whole life and I finally understood it when I started my career here.
Life's short and I don't believe in wasting time
Because if you could sell time every store would be sold out.
Keagan Reilly
I had originally come into the business as a summer intern, just fulfilling a requirement for my degree. Over the course of just a few weeks, I realized the position that I undervalued was more than just an internship. Typically, internships are filled with limited hours, little to no pay, and an environment where you become just a label. That was not the case with Silverline Visionary. I quickly fell in love with the office environment due to the uplifting and motivating co-workers who were driven by goals. Not only was the office environment great, but the pay was much more than I was making at any other position prior with the same, if not less, hours. After my internship period had come to an end, I had a conversation with the managers, requesting a full time position. Thankfully, they accepted my request and I decided to take a break from school to pursue this opportunity as my career. I am beyond thankful for Silverline Visionary and their management team!

Ray Miller
Born and raised in Long Island, NY. I graduated from New York Tech in Old Westbury with a major in Advertising, Public Relations and Technology. I quickly realized the typical 9-5 lifestyle wasn't for me. My parents worked multiple jobs and set that example for me but ideally want to give my parents the opportunity to travel the world as much as they want. What attracted me to the business, was most definitely the bigger opportunity to grow. Fun facts about me are that my favorite movie is the first Grown Ups movie and I want to be in the Formula Drift circuit racing cars eventually.
Collin Barnard
My name is Collin Barnard. I graduated from Harborfields High School. I played soccer and wrestled in High School. I applied to the company and I was instantly attracted by the opportunity for growth and to learn about business.
My favorite movie is American Gangster because Denzel is my favorite actor. Fun fact about me is I have a quarter for every state.
Keiron Byrams
My name is Keiron Byrams. I am from Huntington, New York. I graduated from Huntington High School and then went to junior college in Brooklyn. I graduated with an associate degree in business management. I played football in college, and once I decided to move on from football, I went into sales. At first I was a car salesman. I did well for myself but I wasn't growing in the company.
I always wanted my own business, but I didn't know where to start. So when I applied this company I saw the growth opportunity within the industry. I instantly knew I made the right decision. This opportunity taught me how to communicate better with people, how to manage myself and a whole team. This opportunity reminds me of my favorite movie Wolf of Wall Street because what you put in is what you get out of it. So just like in the movie if you put your head down and grind the sky is the limit.
